At Jusalda custom stairs Inc, we do a lot of stair remodeling in Naperville Illinois and surrounding areas. A lot of times my customers like to to do this stair upgrade before they put their house for sale and after I do this stair makeover they always say "we should done this earlier".



Usually it is good idea to do this iron baluster upgrade when your house is 5 years or older. I`ve seen some really poor build stairs for example if the baluster can be removed with one hand by slightly twisting it and lifting up - that is dangerous .
